Mission work has long been a central part of life at St. James’s. And we’re excited to announce that – after a period of discernment – we’ll be offering three meaningful mission opportunities this summer. Three chances to create important connections. Three chances to start (or continue) relationships that change lives -- including yours. And three chances to make a difference in the lives of people in need.

Please watch the video below with Rev. Blake Singer and Katie Ricard, which does a great job of explaining our Missions efforts.

The deadline to sign up for the trip to Our Little Roses in Honduras is March 15. If we don't have enough people, the trip won't happen.

Even if you can’t find your way to Hurley, Honduras or the Eastern Shore, there’s work to be done right here at St. James’s, supporting the relationships we’re building with our mission partners.

There’s more to know, of course. Please contact ....

Project Homes: June 17-21, 2024

Once again, St. James’s will be partnering with Project Homes right here in Richmond for a week of service from June 17-2. The St. James’s team will be assigned a home, and will help with projects such as replacing windows, painting, carpentry repairs, and yard work/cleanup. The team will meet from 9 am to 2:30 pm each day and regather for dinner and prayer each night.

This week is intended for both youth and adults (youth ages 13-15 are invited to participate with an accompanying adult, and youth 16+ who can drive are welcome to participate without an accompanying adult).

If you’re interested in signing up or learning more, contact Kyle Martin at kyle@bkmartin.com or 804-673-0138.
