Upcoming Events

Our Parent-Child Commitment ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 5, during the 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. worship services. This is a special time for parents to commit to seeking God’s guidance in being a godly example to their children, teaching their children about God in the home, and faithfully bringing their children to church as they grow.

This is a two part commitment. We will have a class on Tuesday, April 30th in the K-3rd Worship Room located upstairs in the Kids Building at 6:30 p.m. for our participating parents. Dinner will be served and childcare will be provided. This class serves as a time to go over the instructions for Sunday morning and allows for parents to connect.

Join us for the 2nd Annual Haley’s Happy Birthday party on May 18th from 10 a.m. 12 p.m. Come out to enjoy cupcakes, bounce houses, & face painting! You can also bring a toy for a hospital patient or make a donation to build your own Birthday Box or Bag.

The Haley Rasco Foundation supports pediatric hospital patients and their families at 6 hospitals in the Houston & Austin areas, through a variety of programs including Haley’s Happy Birthdays. Patients celebrating their birthdays in the hospital receive special boxes with decorations, balloons & a birthday gift.

HNW Kids is proud to partner with Haley's Happy Birthdays, and invite you and your family to volunteer at this Birthday event. 

The Preschool and Elementary Ministries are quickly growing

on Sundays and we need your help!

We are serving over 500 kids every Sunday, and we need parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles or any willing heart to serve with us! As a volunteer you would serve twice a month on a rotating schedule. In Preschool, you will participate in large group worship with them, as well as do prepared crafts and lessons in your classrooms. In Kids ministry you will teach an age-appropriate Bible-based lesson (lesson and all supplies provided!), as well as spend time engaging our kids in fun activities and play.

We are in URGENT need of volunteers to serve in classrooms:

Preschool needs 14 volunteers

Elementary needs 11 volunteers

Special Needs needs 5 volunteers

Our church is growing, including our weekday ministries! We have a thriving KidMin program on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and we are looking for childcare workers for the infant and toddler classrooms. Child Pick-up Notice

Safety is a huge priority for HNW Kids! We are updating the age requirements to pick children up from class. Siblings must be 16 or older and have a parent tag to pick up.
