Mixed greens topped with fresh strawberries, tomato, avocado, green onion, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette.


Butter Chicken - $14

Chicken breast marinated with loads of spices and stewed in a creamy tomato sauce with even more spices. This rich dish is served over white rice with pita bread.

Wednesday

Creamy Parmesan Chicken - $13

Hand-breaded parmesan crusted chicken served over linguini noodles tossed in homemade alfredo sauce and served with a breadstick. Pictured


Haystack - $13

Frito corn chips piled high with ranch-style beans, seasoned ground beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, mixed cheese, salsa and sour cream.

Thursday

Burrito Supreme - $13

Large tortilla filled with ground beef, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese and seared until golden brown. Served with Spanish rice, salsa and sour cream.


Loaded Baked Potato - $14

Large baked potato stuffed with our house-smoked pulled pork, homemade barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon bits and green onion. Served with choice of one side.

Fried Chicken

Fried Chicken - $13

Two pieces of our famous bone-in fried chicken served with mashed potatoes, pan gravy and choice of one additional side. Pictured

$15 per person; $14 seniors; $10 kids (ages 4-12)

Burger menu:

Choose from one of our specialty burgers or build your own! Each burger can be made with a beef, chicken or Morningstar Farms garden burger (vegetarian) patty. All burgers are served with fries or house-made chips. Substitute sweet potato fries for $1 or onion rings for $3.

Upcoming renovations


Lakeside - the building in which Water's Edge Restaurant and Catering is located - is preparing for renovation! The lobby is scheduled to begin with a renovation on September 25 and continuing through mid-November. Here are some things you need to know about getting to Water's Edge during the renovation.


  • The lobby will be closed during the renovation, but Water's Edge Restaurant and Catering will remain open with normal hours, though the entrance will be through a different door.
  • Both internal and external signs will be in place throughout the building to direct guests to the restaurant.


Be on the lookout for renovations in a few weeks, and continue to enjoy your favorite Water's Edge dishes!
