Landscaping

The winter is a great time to trim trees. The POA landscapers have been working to trim common area trees away from stop signs and away from trails. Residents are responsible for trimming all trees on their property. If you have a stop sign or other sign on your property please trim the tree to make the stop sign viewable. If you have a tree next to a sidewalk please make sure the branches are at least 6 feet above the sidewalk.

If you were on the list to have a street tree replaced they are scheduled to be replaced by December 31.

Sincerely,

Your POA Team
