Community Updates

Dear Residents,

It's been a busy week with clean-up after Hurricane Ian. In addition to what has already been done, we have a list of items that still need attention and are working to accomplish it.  Firewood has been ordered for the fire pit at The Green Barn and will be arriving within the upcoming week.  We are excited to announce Chris Johnson is joining the management team as a full-time Maintenance Technician and will be starting on Monday, October 10th.

COVENANT REMINDERS:

Golf Carts

Golf carts are not permitted to be driven on walking paths or sidewalks.

If you have a valid driver's license and golf cart permit, you may drive the golf cart during the day within four miles of your home or business and on secondary highways. Once the golf cart permit and registration document have been issued, you must place the permit decal on the golf cart, and carry the registration document in the golf cart at all times.

To receive a golf cart permit, you must do all of the following:

Trash

Trash is not permitted to accumulate in non-designated areas on your property. All garbage cans shall be located or screened so as to be concealed from view of neighboring streets and property. All rubbish, trash, and garbage shall be regularly removed; Trash cans may only be put out on Wednesday evening for trash collection on Thursday. They should be retrieved and stowed once the trash has been picked up.
