CCTA Updates

Carnes is happy to welcome Starbucks to the Carnes Crossroads Town Association. Starbucks will be built next to Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers. These two lots are located on the other side of Carnes Crossing Blvd across from Uptown. Construction is expected to start on the lots in 2024.

Maintenance

If you live on Medford St. or Helena Park Dr. you may have noticed orange markings on the curbing or sidewalks. These are areas Lennar will be repairing.

2024 Annual Assessment - LAST DAY TO PAY BEFORE LATE FEES JANUARY 31!

The 2024 annual assessment will be $804.30, the 2024 Road Reserve Assessment will be $139.65. For a total 2024 Assessment of $943.95. Paid annually and due January 1, 2024, it will be late after January 31, 2024. This is a $3.75 a month increase over 2023.

Assessment statements have been mailed for 2024. When signing in online to make a payment, your account may show a balance of $0.0. The amount will not be posted online to your account until January 1st. If this is the case, you can still pay by typing in the exact amount shown on your statement, as the amount is correct. You could also wait until after January 1st if you would like to see the fee posted to your account.

6th Annual Oyster Roast

Crazy Dutchman Catering Service will be serving up a delicious meal for our 6th Annual Oyster Roast. Menu: Steamed Local Select Cluster Oysters, Gourmet Beef Hot Dogs with buns, ketchup, mustard and relish, Beef and Chili with shredded cheese, sour cream, and diced onions, fresh baked cornbread muffins with whipped butter.

Individual tickets include a meal for 1 person, open bar service with 3-4 beer options and 2-3 wine options, and live music!

Residents MUST purchase a ticket in advance. Tickets will not be sold the day of the event. 10 & under are free. Deadline to purchase tickets: February 1st

Gather a team of 3-5 players to compete in a puzzle mania challenge! This is for all ages, families, groups, and individuals! If you want to join us and do not have a team, no worries, we will add you to a group. Please RSVP so we have the appropriate number of puzzles and tables.

Each team will get 60mins to complete a 500-piece puzzle. The first team finished or with the least number of pieces left, wins! Feel free to bring snacks or drinks.

Kick-Off Meeting; Men of Carnes

Men of Carnes Crossroads, Matt Miller and friends are looking to start a neighborhood exclusive group for men of all ages to network, build friendship, and connect with one another through social gatherings, events, and activities.
