JAPAN NIGHT 2019
A SHOWCASE OF JAPANESE CULTURE
The Minnesota State University, Mankato Japanese Intercultural Association is hosting "Beauty of Japan", an event to showcase Japanese culture with performances, cultural booths, and food. The festival will take place on Saturday, October 12th, 4 - 8 p.m. in the CSU Ballroom.

NATIONAL COMING OUT DAY
"COMING OUT OF THE CLOSET"
In honor of National Coming Out Day, t he LGBT Center at Minnesota State University, Mankato is hosting it's annual “coming out of the closet” event on Friday, October 11th, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Lincoln Lounge, located on the main floor of the Centennial Student Union. National Coming Out Day is a holiday dedicated to allowing members of the LGBT community a chance to express their true sexuality or gender identity.

WOMEN IN STEM
NETWORKING DINNER & SOCIAL
Minnesota State University, Mankato is hosting its third annual Women in STEM Networking Dinner, on October 17th, 5:30 - 8:30 p.m., in the CSU 245. This event is sponsored by the Women's Center and the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology (CSET) at Minnesota State University Mankato.

A WEEKEND LONG CELEBRATION
In celebration of Indigenous People’s Day, Minnesota State University, Mankato is providing a large number of events that are open to people of all nationalities. These events serve as a way to honor the culture of the Native American people.
