HACDC Community
On February 3rd, 2017 the Haitian American Community Development Corporation (HACDC) celebrated the completion of this 3 bedroom/ 2bath home located at 325 NW 127th Street, North Miami, Florida.
This new-construction home, developed by HACDC is being purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Auster Jean Bertrand and Mirlaine Delva. As participants in HACDC first-time homeowner program they and their four children will soon be taking ownership of this beautiful home for $245,000!

The development of this home and the homebuyer services provided by HACDC are key strategies used by HACDC to see increased housing affordability for its clients, and a key strategy used to create wealth and asset building in the communities it serves.
