He is the co-founder and currently the Executive Chairman of Sekoko Resources. He is a mining entrepreneur with more than six years of successful active involvement in exploring and developing mining projects. He is the former President of Limpopo's National Federated Chamber of Commerce (NAFCOC).

Nicole Nurses Training School was approved by the South African Nursing Council in August 2002 Ref No-S1570.This happened after huge investments of time and money were put into the initiative. To date this institution produces more than a thousand graduates, Auxiliary and enrolled nurses, with the passing rate of 98-100%,and they are employed across the country.
