Dear Fellowship,

Do you find yourself caught up in the rat race, hopelessly running on the treadmill of discontent?  Are you buying into the world's path that leads to happiness?  Do you find yourself anxious and worried about what lies around the corner?  God's got a better way, a better life for you.  Only God's way outlined in scripture will help you crush the anxiety problem.  You do not need to live with anxiety, worry or discontentment any longer.  1 Peter 5:5-7 has the answer.

Our VBS Experience kicks off tomorrow night with already a record enrollment and we couldn't be more excited.  Dozens of team members have been working for months planning, preparing, and praying for this to be not only the best week of every kids summer, but also that God would work in their young hearts.  Will you join us in praying this week?  Carve out a few minutes each day to pray for the leaders, the kids, and that God would draw all of us closer to Him.

Finally, if you will be joining us for Faith and Family at the K remember the game begins at 1:10 and the church wide tailgate goes from 11:30-12:30 in Parking lot N, Sections C 1-4.  Keep and eye out for the LBC Shuttles.

Our church rocks,

Pastor Chris
