Gray-Banded Kingsnake

Every Friday, our campers gather for a special presentation with a guest speaker or, in this case, animal! Noah Lawrence, director of nature education at The Cibolo, led a show and tell with Cornelius, our Gray-Banded Kingsnake from West Texas. While these vibrant, nonvenomous snakes are not a rare breed, they are extremely elusive in the wild and it is considered rare to spot one!
