After using the "The Mussar Torah Commentary" this past year to excellent reviews, this year, we will be using "The Social Justice Commentary" as the lens through which we discuss each week's Torah portion.

Please Note: It is NOT necessary for you to purchase this book as we share the text on screen each week. However, if you would like to own your own copy, please click HERE to purchase your copy directly from the CCAR Press. (Please note that the book is also available digitally on Kindle, Apple Books, and Google Play.)

So, grab a cup of coffee and join us ONLINE at 9:15am.

(Please Note: This is the same link we will use going forward for our weekly ONLINE Shabbat Morning Worship when we do not celebrate with a B'nai Mitzvah family.)

Bar Mitzvah of Ezra Kader

10:30 am | At the Temple

In-Person via RSVP or Live and Interactive on Zoom

Meeting ID: 970 5909 1302 Passcode: Mitzvah

Ezra Kader will celebrate his Bar Mitzvah on Saturday, December 17, 2022, joined by his proud parents Aaron Kader and Jamie Winterton. He is the grandson of David and Pat Kader and Jim and Susan Winterton.

Ezra is currently in the seventh grade and enjoys building Legos and reading, as well as learning about birds, aviation, spaceflight, and history.

For his Bar Mitzvah project, Ezra volunteered with Liberty Wildlife, a local organization specializing in wildlife rehabilitation, natural history education, and conservation services. Ezra focused his project on researching and informing the curriculum for their Superhero Club. The club provides wildlife and habitat education along with hands-on activities for the children, through both newsletters and on-campus workshops.

Mazel Tov, Ezra!
