Thank you Pastor Morgan!

Pastor Morgan will be ending his time of service with us on October 31. We are so grateful for his time here as our Transitional Pastor. We will have a time of celebration for him after worship on October 20. In keeping with Presbyterian custom, we will formalize his departure by firing him out of a cannon. So invite your friends!

Senior Adults Survey - Over 65

Senior Adults over 65 years old are an important part of our church family here at Saxe Gotha. We want to connect and build stronger relationships with you. Therefore, would you please take a moment to fill out the attached survey? We would like to know the best ways to communicate with you and what kind of ministry activities you are interested in. Lexington County Garden Club

September 4 | 6-8pm | Fellowship Hall

The Lexington County Garden Club meets the first Wednesday of every month. Our next meeting is September 4, 6-8pm in the Fellowship Hall. All interested in participating are welcome to join us!

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Starting Back September 5 | 10-11:30am | Room 154

‍CALLING ALL LADIES, COME AND LEARN!

The team meets the first Thursday of every month. It's easy, we provide the yarn and needles, and you can do the work at home at your own pace. The shawls are given to those dealing with a loss or serious illness. Our pastor and ministry members pray over the shawls, and for the recipients, before they are distributed to help us share God's love and mercy with those in need. To get involved in this ministry, please contact Polly Askew.

Women's Monday Morning Bible Study

Starting September 9 | 10-11:30am | Light House 112/113

Come and meet with other women for a wonderful learning opportunity, including praise and prayer. The upcoming study will be a study in Philippians, Get Out of Your Head by Jennie Allen. Led by Jodie Harper every Monday morning. RSVP

Drive Thru Prayer Evening Crew:

September 12 (5-6pm)

Join together as we love and support community members in need of prayer. We will need prayer warriors, enthusiastic sign holders and traffic directors.

We believe prayer is an essential discipline in our practice as believers. If you have a prayer request for your health or an immediate family member, please call the Church Office at 803-359-7770 or email prayer@saxegotha.org. If you would like your request to go to our Confidential Intercessory Prayer Team, please include that in your email.
