Some of the IFSS Support Groups are virtual only, while others are hybrid. Zoom attendance may be done with video or audio connection. See below for specific details for each meeting.

Please feel free to invite any caregivers who would benefit from being part of the group! Families need support now more than ever. We are here for you! You can participate from the comfort of your home or join us at the NAMI Mercer Center—actively engage in the dialogue or just listen. It helps to know you are not alone!

Psychoeducation Group for Caregivers of a loved one with a mental illness.

Empathy Network is a weekly support group for individuals living with depression and similar challenges. Group members will have the opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other participants, as well as learn new coping skills and strategies to foster wellbeing

Next Meeting: Tuesday, February 27, 2024, 2 pm (In Person)

Registration is required to become a group participant; confirmation of attendance at each individual session will be required. Call 609.799.8994 by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to confirm attendance using your first name and phone number. (A minimum of 3 attendees are required for the group to meet.)
