Café help wanted!

It’s time to give Lena and Scott Stewart a break from their Sunday-morning café duties.

Lena and Scott have worked tirelessly in the kitchen every Sunday for almost three years now, and Lena also coordinates many of the meals for funerals, sick church members and special occasions. It’s time to give them some help.

Specifically, we are looking for:

• Two to four people to work in the café on Sunday mornings.
• Four people to manage the décor, food and cleanup of the café for churchwide meals.
• Two people to set up for reception and food for funerals.
• Two people to organize food trains for church members who are dealing with illnesses.

Dear MC3 Church Family,

We wanted to express our deepest gratitude to all of you for the incredible support and generosity you showed to us for Caleb and Jessica’s wedding.

Your presence, prayers and assistance made the celebration even more special and meaningful. From the beautiful decorations to the delicious food prepared with love, every detail reflected the warmth and care of our church family.

We are truly blessed to be surrounded by such loving and compassionate people. Your willingness to lend a helping hand, whether it was setting up the church, coordinating logistics, prayers, or offering words of encouragement, did not go unnoticed.

The joy and love that we experienced on that day were a wonderful picture of the fellowship and family atmosphere we share here at MC3. We were overwhelmed by your presence and your thoughtfulness.

Our hearts are so full because of the great love that you have shown us during the wedding and over the years. Words cannot express how much our church family means to us.
