Easter is April 16!  It is time to order plants to beautify our Sanctuary. Look for friendly volunteers in the Clara Barton Lounge, who will happily take your order on March 19th and 26th. The cost is $8.00 per plant. You may choose to take your plant home or donate it to a member of our home congregation.

RAIHN Week & 2nd Level Training

March 26 ‒ April 2 will be our next RAIHN Week, when we give temporarily homeless families good food to eat and a safe place to stay at First Universalist. If you'd like to help, sign up in the Clara Barton Lounge after the Sunday service or contact Chris DeGolyer, chrisdeg@frontiernet.net, Marti Eggers, mceggers@gmail.com, or Sarah Singal, ssingal@rochester.rr.com. If you'd like to learn more before volunteering, ask us about "shadowing" experienced volunteers. We especially need overnight volunteers, who sleep over at the church and set out breakfast the next morning.

If you have already trained and would like to learn more about the issues our RAIHN families face, please attend the 2nd level training on Thursday, March 23rd from 6:30-8:00 PM, at Third Presbyterian Church, 4 Meigs St, Rochester.  *Rochester Area Interfaith Hospitality Network: keeping families together.
