IRS & Tax Board Deadline for 2022 Federal/State
Income Tax Filings
The IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board have each announced that the 2022 tax deadline for residents, businesses, and non-profit organizations in 51 California counties has been extended to Monday, October 16, due to the winter storms.
Grants Available for Zero and Low Emission
Heavy-Duty Vehicles and Equipment
South Coast AQMD is holding a workshop for information on the $51 million funding opportunity through the Carl Moyer Program, targeting the replacement of older, heavy-duty diesel vehicles and equipment. The program incentivizes equipment owners to purchase cleaner-than-required engines, vehicles and equipment.

Deadline for application is May 9, 2023. Eligible projects include:

  • Construction and Cargo Handling Equipment
  • Trucks
  • Solid Waste
  • Transit
  • Electric Chargers and Alternative Fueling Stations
