Learning to Negotiate - A Tool for Life

Lorenzo Colombani

Wednesday, 11:30am-1:30pm PDT

Live Interactive Workshop on Zoom

Join us to learn and practice valuable negotiation skills that you can use in many settings– from car dealerships, health-related matters, family concerns, to the workplace. Using case studies and real-life negotiation scenarios, you’ll walk away with new tools and the confidence to apply negotiation skills to the places most important to you.

Lorenzo’s curriculum extends beyond monetary negotiations, such as securing refunds. It aims to enhance overall communication skills for more effective interactions with customer service, work colleagues, family members, friends, and others.

To ensure the practical application of learned skills, you’re encouraged to practice these tools immediately after the workshop—whether securing a discount on a purchase or effectively sharing household responsibilities.

You’ll leave Lorenzo’s workshop knowing how to:

  • Frame issues effectively to clarify problems and goals
  • Handle emotions, both your own and those of others
  • Establish processes that lead to positive outcomes
  • Negotiate more effectively in everyday personal and work interactions
