September 28 - H.R. 5809: California Clean School Bus Equity Act

Introduced by Rep. Katie Porter [D-CA47], this bill would amend the Energy Policy Act of 2005 to remove limitation on amounts provided under the clean school bus program, and for other purposes.


September 28 - S. 2986: WHALE Act

Introduced by Sen. Bill Cassidy [R-LA], this bill would prohibit the inclusion in certain oil and gas leases, exploration or development plans, or well permits requirements or recommendations.


September 28 - S. 2965: Untitled

Introduced by Sen. Ron Wyden [D-OR], this bill would establish a critical mineral environmental processing and mining cleanup program, and for other purposes.


September 27 - H.R. 5750: Green Nuclear Fertilizer Act

Introduced by Rep. Byron Donalds [R-FL19], this bill would direct the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Secretary of Energy, and the Secretary of Agriculture to collaborate to determine the feasibility of creating the Green Nuclear Fertilizer Program, and for other purposes.


September 26 - H.R. 5723: Leveraging Efficiency Awareness for Pumping Systems Act

Introduced by Rep. Marcus Molinaro [R-NY19], this bill would require the Secretary of Agriculture to provide information and education tools to farmers on the cost savings, energy savings, water conservation, and carbon emissions reductions that can be realized through the use of energy-efficient pumping systems, and for other purposes.


September 26 - H.R. 5718: Nuclear Fuel Security Act of 2023

Introduced by Rep. Robert Latta [R-OH5], this bill would require the Secretary of Energy to establish a Nuclear Fuel Security Program, expand the American Assured Fuel Supply Program, and for other purposes.


September 26 - S. 2915: Enhancing Electric Grid Resilience Act

Introduced by Sen. Peter Welch [D-VT], this bill would amend the Federal Power Act to authorize the allocation of the costs of certain interstate electric power transmission lines and electric power transmission lines that are located offshore, and for other purposes.


September 21 - H.R. 5635: Northern Arizona Protection Act

Introduced by Rep. Paul Gosar [R-AZ9], this bill would nullify Presidential Proclamation 10606, establishing Baaj Nwaavjo I'tah Kukveni-Ancestral Footprints of the Grand Canyon National Monument and withdrawing certain land in Arizona from mineral entry, and for other purposes.
