Hi Carole Ann,

You’re probably mad busy with the Christmas vibe thing right now. Dipping in or dropping out as is your want. So a different and brief newsletter this week.

Just want to share one of the great things about being a coach, amongst many (it really is the greatest profession in the world!) is the requirement to get out of your own way.

Working in the removals and haulage industry (removing all excuses, fears and blather getting in the way and hauling clients to their golden destiny) one has to be in integrity with your own principles.

We have to jump into the unknown until the cabin crew say, “Cross check, doors to arrival” and make it to the gate without fiddling with your safety belt or pocketing the miniatures.

When I feel fear (listen, dear reader, it never goes away we just know how to tame the beast) I decide to switch gears into curiosity then magically “no’s” become “yes’s” and lo! the Yellow Brick Road beckons.

Which is a long-winded way of saying after much prodding and shoving from well-meaning others I have launched my podcast “Show Up and Shine” this week. I have always been interested in how people kick start their mojo when the tank is empty and still show up and DPS the goods. That’s what I delve into with my guests and this week my guest is sales guru Ian Genius.

I am sure it will settle in and take meaning over the weeks and I thank you in advance at this busy time for having a listen and giving me your support. And breeeathe!
