Third Street welcomes new provider at Ashland campus

Family Nurse Practitioner

Jodi Swihart is the newest provider at Ashland Health & Wellness Center. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to developing long-term care relationships with her patients.

She earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio in 2000. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Malone College in Canton, Ohio.

Jodi completed a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, Kentucky in 2011.

Join Third Street for a day filled with handmade crafts, resources, and fun activities for the whole family. Free for attendees. Non-profit and business vendors are welcome!

Proceeds benefit Third Street's annual Celebrate Sobriety Holiday Party. This event is for our patients and people in the community who are involved in recovery and their friends and family.

Please join us at our 2024 Craft & Resource Fair for a fun-filled day that will help bring hope to those in recovery.

Shelby Health & Wellness Center Renovation Update

Thirty years later, Third Street is still committed to bringing our patients the best care and services possible. Construction continues at our Shelby Health & Wellness Center campus. We're removing portions of the floor for plumbing work, building new walls, and preparing the center to welcome future services such as OB/GYN care and behavioral health. This campus is set to re-open in late 2024.

VFW 9943 Post and Auxiliary donated $3,000 in March. Our team of Community Health Workers will use these funds to support the needs of patients who are veterans.
