MESSAGE FROM MAYOR KLING

There's a lot happening in Nampa this weekend!

Nampa's 36th Annual Festival of the Arts AND the Warhawk Air Museum's "Warbird Roundup" are happening on Saturday and Sunday, August 12-13.

The Nampa Festival of the Arts has over 200 artisan booths, live entertainment, food concessions, and free activities for the kids, all for your enjoyment. There is truly something for everyone! Admission and parking are free. I would like to thank the Nampa Parks and Recreation staff for their work to make this community event possible.

Nampa is extremely fortunate to have the Warhawk Air Museum in Nampa. Their 21st annual Warbird Roundup features warbirds from across the country. While visiting the event, don't miss the new interactive Vietnam War memorial "Wall of Faces" feature inside the museum.

The Nampa Farmer's Market is also in full swing and happens Saturday from 9am-1pm in Downtown Nampa's Lloyd Square. Congratulations to the Nampa Farmer's Market for their recent recognition as one of the top farmer's markets in the Pacific Northwest!

Now is a great time to be a Nampa resident and I hope you enjoy all our community has to offer this weekend!
