The Reiter Family Youth Center at the John C. Zarazoga Community Center has been called a second home by many of its members.

From Daisy, whose quinceañera was planned and hosted by RFYC staff, to Juan, who is now 14 and has attended since he was 5 with his siblings while his parents work in the strawberry fields. Staff who work here grew up in this community. It truly is like a big, second family for everyone.

We are proud that the Boys & Girls Clubs serves about 1 in 5 children who live in Nyeland Acres with programs including music, sports, STEAM, mental health awareness, drug & alcohol abuse prevention, and so much more.

For the last few months, we have been working hard to increase access to park space in Nyeland Acres while keeping the members of the Reiter Family Youth Center safe. Last week, that work was done! Thank you Supervisor Kelly Long for your incredible leadership. Everyone is welcome at the John C. Zaragoza Park!
