As part of our 8th Grade celebrations, we will be hosting a pizza and ice cream social for the 8th graders on June 18th. This fun event includes yearbook signing and a Baby/Now photo display.
Please send to school a copy of one
baby photo and one current photo of
your graduate in an envelope labeled
with your student’s name and “PTO: 8th
Grade Social Photos.” NO DIGITAL PHOTOS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please note, photos will not be returned.

All primary and elementary school students will visit the book fair with their classrooms during school hours to get geared up for some fun summer reading! You are welcome to come visit and do some shopping with your kids during the school day or during the Art Show on June 4th!
PLEASE NOTE - There will be NO CASH accepted during the book fair.
If you are unable to attend your child/s designated day, you can set up a Scholastic eWallet account here or shop with your child online. If you are able to attend, Credit Card, Apple or Google Pay will be accepted.
All proceeds from this event go directly to the CRPS and CRES libraries. Check the schedule and/or sign up to volunteer on the attached flyers below.

8th grade families, it's time to mark your calendars for the 8th grade dance! CDMS 8th grade graduates are invited to join their classmates to celebrate their last year in Colts Neck Schools!
Please read the Parent Letter below for dance info, then click on the Invite and Permission Slip to view the invite, sign the permission slip and pay for the event. The cost of the dance is $25.
A hoodie favor will be distributed during sign out.

It's time for our 5th grade class to get ready for the last big bash before the kids leave Conover Road Elementary School! The kids will enjoy food, music, an ice cream truck, and photo booth. It is a great way for the 5th grade class to celebrate their milestone together! See flyer for details.

Reimbursements - Please submit ALL receipts for reimbursement using the Reimbursement Worksheet no later than the last day of school, June 21st. Late receipts cannot be reimbursed.

Binders - If you have not done so yet, please return your event binder to Jen Mulè, she can be reached at studentactivites@coltsneckpto.org. It is very important that we have these binders to help guide next year's chairs. Also, if possible, please fill out the Event Recap in the binder for Student Activities.

The 2024/2025 School Supply Store is Open! The PTO is partnering with The Write Stuff to provide each family with the convenience of purchasing their child’s 2024/2025 school supplies online now. Supply lists are provided by Colts Neck teachers and all of your child’s supplies will be delivered to their classroom on day one. Orders must be in by July 4th to receive FREE shipping directly to school and to CUSTOMIZE the list to eliminate items that you already have. Make sure to order supplies for your child's upcoming grade level.

GRADES PRE-K TO 7TH ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE!
Send in your photos! Our calendars have been very busy with events lately! Now is the perfect time to remind everyone to send in event photos for the Photo Montage.
Traditionally, a montage of photos, from kindergarten through 8th grade, is prepared and presented to the students at their 8th grade dance. This montage is then sent to the graduating class as a gift from the PTO. Please send any school related photos you may have to the appropriate email address below. Examples include: Class Trips and Parties, School Performances, School Sports (tennis, cheerleading, cross-country, track, basketball, baseball, softball or soccer), or any PTO events including Grade-Level Events, Family Bingo Night and Flower Sale.
Please follow these steps:
- Include your child's name, the event, and year the photo was taken.

Email photos to: ClassOf(Graduation year)@coltsneckpto.org. Replace (Graduation year) with your child's year, using the chart below.

The Colts Neck Sports Foundation invites grade school kids in Colts Neck to this FREE Introductory Wrestling Clinic. 1st to 6th grade boys and girls are all welcome on Thursday, June 6th. For more information or to register the link is available HERE.
Help fight childhood cancer with Evie's Lemonade Stand. Evie Rytter will host her very own Lemonade Stand at The Country Day School of Colts Neck (293 Route 34) on June 10th from 7:30am - 10:30am. Please stop by on Monday to enjoy Evie’s fresh-squeezed lemonade and to join in supporting Evie and the Rytter Family. You may also donate to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer HERE..
The Colts Neck Neck Board of Education has changed the location of their regular meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 12th, to the Conover Road Primary School Cafetorium and will begin at 6:30pm. You can view the BOE calendar HERE.
Colts Neck Recreation & Parks is organizing a Colts Neck Sounds of Summer Concert Series. Concerts will be performed at the Colts Neck Town Hall pond side on Thursday evenings from 7 to 8:30 pm. Admission is free. Bring your lawn chairs. See FLYER for schedule of performances.
The Colts Neck Recreation Department and PBA are hosting their annual Fishing Derby on Sunday, June 16th from 10:00am-12:00pm at Bucks Mills. There is no fee or registration required and this event is open to children 14 years old and under. For more information you can view the flyer here.
