As communicated earlier, the Board of Governors approved amendments to the university’s Procurement and Payment Policy 20.1.11, which become effective on August 1, 2023. The policy changes were driven by a recent increase in purchasing thresholds in Uniform Guidance (UG), a government-wide framework for grants management that provides specific rules and requirements for federal awards.
