August 2023 Newsletter

We are already half way through summer! This season has been filled with flying and very hot days. Our flight school is booming with new students and student accomplishments. We also have two new instructors to welcome on to our team!

We will be having another BBQ this Saturday! Join us on Saturday, August 5th at 12 pm to gather with the Princeton Airport pilots and friends/family.

Our Free Airport Tours open to the public on Tuesdays continue through August 29th.

Be sure to get in your late afternoon/ early evening flights while we still have the longer days. Soak up the daylight hours by catching the sunset and enjoying the sky after work.

Summer is an excellent time to purchase an airplane. Remember that Ken or Jack can help you find what you are looking for and help you along with the buying process. Click Here to see what planes we have to sell today and stay in touch to see what other planes become available. This year alone we have had two pilots who just got their license also purchase aircrafts! Read on to see what else is going on at the Princeton Airport.

A New Bird has Been Added to the Flight Line

We have added a new plane to the flight plane. Please welcome N1959H, an Archer 3. Try a low wing aircraft- Piper's version of the Skyhawk. For those who have only flown a high wind-try a low wing. This will be a very simple transition from a Skyhawk. With 6 pack Instruments, 4 seats, and 180 hp engine, this plane is ready to take you to the sky! Give us a call today to schedule your next flight in the Piper Archer. 609-921-3100

Princeton Airport’s Flying Tigers Mini-Fly-Ins

Ben Gazdowicz

Hazy weather made flying in June and July, at times, problematic resulting a few trip cancellations. The trip to Longwood Garden was scraped and ended with a fun breakfast at the Star Diner (see pic with wives).  All and all, YTD, we managed to make 37 trips to 10 airports involving 90 planes carrying 130 pilots and crew for a total of 10,640 NM. We still have the rest of the year so join us!
