Welcome to Our FIRST Newsletter!

On October 24, 2023, the general membership of Sandwich Moose Lodge 1016 approved the use of electronic communication (email and text) for our Lodge to communicate with its members.

This is the FIRST newsletter we are sending. You can expect to get your newsletter by email and/or text around the 25th of each month. Each newsletter will have next month's calendar of events, important information about Moose International and Sandwich Moose Lodge 1016, and opportunities for you to help out your Lodge by volunteering and/or contributing to our efforts.

Attention Bowlers!!

Sandwich Moose Lodge 1016 is sponsoring a 9-Pin No Tap Bowling Tournament on Sunday, February 4th at Idle Hour Lanes in Sandwich. There are 2 flights: one at 3 pm and one at 7 pm. Entry is $25.00.

Super Bowl Party

Our annual Super Bowl Party will be held on Sunday, 2/11/2024.

We will start at 2 pm with a chili (hot and mild categories) and dessert cook-off. Once the game starts (at 5:30 pm) we will have our traditional fried turkey, along with the chili and desserts from the cook-off.

Please bring a dish to pass!

Arctic Cookout

The Sandwich Moose Legion Arctic Cookout will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024.

There will be a Moose Legion Conferral at 3:00 pm, followed by dinner at 5:30 pm. The menu is still being developed. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for updates.

This is open to Moose Legion members and their qualified guests.

You can also use the new mobile app, call Member Services at 630-906-3658 or stop by the Sandwich Lodge & renew in person.

If renewing online or by phone, you will need your member ID # (located on your card) and a credit card.

* Please remember: by not renewing your dues you are forfeiting your privileges to participate in any of the Moose activities for TWO years. You may not attend as a qualified guest (friend or spouse) to any lodge during this timeframe. You may only enter the lodge or attend events if you are going to pay your dues while in attendance. If you have questions, please contact the lodge.
