For those of you who use giving envelopes to fulfill your pledge to the church, giving envelopes for 2024 are now available for pickup in the narthex as you approach the Music Wing. Please pick up your envelopes before January 1st to help defray the expense of mailing them. If you are aware of a shut-in or someone who you see regularly, it would be great if you could drop them off on our next visit.

Art Gallery Reception

All are welcome to attend an evening of art, snacks, music and friends by the art galleries’ new artist: The Sparks Family. The reception will be held December 9, 2023, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the music hallway. We hope to see you there!

The Sparks Family is showing their work in the Art Gallery. Eleanor Sparks, who attends Together Today at church on Wednesdays, her late husband, James, daughter, Julie, and son, Jay are sharing their diverse talents with us through acrylic paintings, watercolor, and photography. Eleanor shared that often times at family gatherings one of them would make a line on a blank piece of paper and hand it to the next person, and then another line was made and so on. She remarked that it was always a delight to see what they created together.

Stewardship 2024 Campaign

Give a 2024 Pledge

2024 Pledge Campaign Update

Season's greetings from the Finance Committee. At this busy and exciting time of the year, please remember to complete your pledges and tithes to the church. This year has been a challenging one, but with all of your support we have accomplished many exciting things in 2023!! If you need to get a status of your giving or have questions, please contact Mary Leffler at or by cell phone at 317-431-8535.

Stewardship Resources

We have created some resource guides to assist individuals who wish to make their 2024 pledge online, as well as a SEPARATE document that guides REALM users through how to set up a giving schedule online. Both steps are required:

The Stewardship Committee is asking your help in bringing the 2024 campaign to a successful conclusion. The Session will meet on December 11 to consider the proposed budget for 2024. We seek to provide the Session with an accurate projection of pledged revenue that will be available. As of today, we are about $100,000 (approximately 10%) short of our goal. Your pledge of whatever amount can bring us closer. We thank all of you who have already made your pledge or are in the process of doing so for your generous support of the ministries of Orchard Park. For those still wishing to make a pledge, we ask that you contact Mary Leffler in the church office at your earliest convenience and she will help you with that process. If you choose not to pledge, we thank you for the many other ways in which you also support the ministries of Orchard Park. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas..

For those of you who wish to fulfil your pledge via a stock transfer, contact Joe Jansen or Mary Leffler for that information.
