VDH will host an informational webinar on how your organization can have your wellness champions trained and receive additional support for implementing Walk with Ease (WWE).
WWE is a nationally recognized program developed by the Arthritis Foundation. This low-cost, 6-week program is a great way to encourage walking individually or in groups. This program has been implemented across the country through worksites, park and recreation departments, faith-based organizations, city and county government agencies, and much more.

are looming and so much is at stake - ALL 100 seats in the Virginia House of Delegates and all 40 seats in the Virginia Senate are up for election in 2019. There are also many important local elections such as sheriff, school board, board of supervisors and Commonwealth’s Attorney races. The deadlines:
