We're excited that the Kitchen is now open daily 7:30am-9pm with ice cream until 9:30pm and you can order online! They have a variety of delicious ice cream flavors from Crescent Ridge Farm!

Meet Violet!
Violet is 2-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog mix who is looking for her forever home. This sweet girl gave birth to 4 pups and was an excellent mother. Violet does have an alpha personality and can be dog selective. She is also a little shy but warms up quickly. She is amazing with children. Violet has the perfect energy level. Things To Do In the Area!
  • 7/1-7/4 Franklin 4th of July Celebration with Fireworks, children’s road race and rides and food booths. Blues Festival and so much more
  • 7/3 Walpole’s Night Before the 4th, Join us for Food, Fun and FIREWORKS! The fire truck parade will kick off at 6 pm! The parade route will be the same as always! Starting near Washington & East, a right on to Short St traveling down East St and a left onto Main St. 
  • 7/4 Norwood Independence Day Celebration, readers will recite the famous Fourth of July address of Frederick Douglass "What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?" in the historical Old Parish Cemetery (rear of 480 Washington Street). There will be a Carillon Concert at 2:30 pm featuring our own Lee Leach from Norwood and Margaret Angelini of Wellesley College. A tour of the magnificent 50-bell Memorial Carillon will take place during the concert. Come on up! At 5:00 pm Norwood's annual Firecracker 5K Road Race will take place. Applications can be obtained at Town Hall, the Civic Center or the Library or online at Racewire.com. The parade will begin at the Coakley Middle School at 5:30 pm and will follow its usual route down Washington Street and end at the Town Hall parking lot.
  • 7/4 Bristol, RI 4th of July Celebration - The official and historic Celebration, Patriotic Exercises, was established in 1785 by Rev. Henry Wight of the First Congregational Church and Veteran of the Revolutionary War. The Celebration officially starts with Flag Day on June 14. Over the next few weeks there are free outdoor concerts at Independence Park, Orange Crate Derby races, a firefighters’ muster, Fourth of July Ball, and many other activities and events. The Celebration concludes on July 4 with “The Military, Civic and Firemen’s Parade”, which is viewed by over 200,000 people from Rhode Island and around the world. These long-lasting celebrations give Bristol its nickname of America’s Most Patriotic Town.
  • 7/4 Bridgewater Arts + Music Festival, at this festival the whole family can enjoy art, live music, dance, yummy food, children's activities (like face painting), train rides, sand art, and more. Crafters and artisans will be selling handmade, original wares. Artists will be showing their works, selling and drawing. Art Show/Contest works on display during the festival. Local Writers and Authors will be selling and signing. Vendors have interesting and unique items for sale too!
  • 7/6+7/20 Dogs on the Bogs at Patriot Place, calling all furry friends (and their humans) to join us for a dog meet and greet at Ocean Spray Cranberry Bog & Nature Trail behind Bass Pro Shops at Patriot Place. Experience a delightful afternoon surrounded by nature’s beauty while your four-legged companions make new friends and frolic in the fresh air. This unique event is the perfect opportunity for dogs of all breeds and sizes to socialize, play, and show off their adorable personalities. With plenty of open space and scenic trails, the Ocean Spray Cranberry Bog & Nature Trail provides the ideal backdrop for a memorable outing. Bring your leashes, and prepare for a tail-wagging good time!
  • 7/7 Fast Friday Racing at Seekonk Speedway where racing under the lights features the Helger’s South Coast Power Equipment Pure Stocks, Everett’s Auto parts Sport Fours, Nick’s Pitstop Legends, and the Seekonk Grand Prix Bandoleros. Seekonk Speedways future stars rock the speedway every Friday.
  • 7/8 WaterFire in Providence is a multisensory spectacle, replete with the comforting aroma of burning wood and the lilting tones of carefully curated music, which amplifies the experience. Street performers, musicians and thousands of attendees add to the enchantment. Best of all, the entire incredible experience is free.
  • 7/8+7/9 Wickford Art Festival, The Wickford Art Association is excited to be hosting the Wickford Art Festival. The festival hosts more than 150 artists showcasing their fine art in a variety of mediums including ceramics, wood, wearable and decorative fiber, furniture, fine jewelry, drawing, etching, glass, mixed media, painting (watercolors, oil, gouache, acrylic), photography, printmaking, pyrography and sculptures. Produced by the Wickford Art Association since 1962, we invite you to come and discover the Wickford Art Festival at Wilson Park! The Wickford Art Festival carries on its long history and reputation for featuring some of the top fine artists from across the country. Many of the well-known and beloved New England and local Rhode Island artists are especially widely admired by art enthusiasts.
  • 7/8 New Bedford Folk Festival, for a quarter of a century, the fan favorite festival has gathered world-class contemporary singer/songwriters, traditional Americana, the best in blues, classic Celtic and, of course, folk to the Southcoast – and its silver anniversary will bring back many festival favorites who have performed throughout the years!
  • 7/10 Culturally Connected Music Rocks Foxboro at Patriot Place, Join Patriot Place and Foxboro resident Cheryl De Oliveira for a culturally affirming and inclusive musical performance geared towards promoting unity, learning and equity. Parents and students alike will love the high energy, interactive performance. Snag a seat by the Dean College Stage at Patriot Place!

  • 7/13 Cruise Night at Bass Pro Shop (Patriot Place) Join the Mass Cruisers Auto Club for free and exciting Cruise Night at Bass Pro Shops Patriot Place!
  • 7/14+7/28 Guided Nature Hike at The Bog, Join Teacher Naturalists from Mass Audubon for an hour hike around The Bog at Patriot Place located behind Bass Pro Shops on Friday at 11AM! This weekly series give guests the opportunity to see what is changing in the cranberry bog and surrounding wetland and forest. In addition, the Teacher Naturalists will teach you skills to use on your own nature adventures. Bring water bottle, comfy shoes and binoculars. Meet Naturalists at the start of the trail head behind Pass Pro Shop by outdoor fire pit.
  • 7/21 Mad Science Experiment at Patriot Place, Patriot Place presents Mad Science. Scientist and STEM educators have developed a fun learning space so kids can discover the world of science. This educational and interactive experiment is open to all ages and will need your participation.
  • 7/22 SoWa (Boston) Food Truck and Craft Beer Festival is bringing the ultimate food truck and craft beer experience to SoWa Boston for the 1st year! Featuring some of the area's most popular food trucks dishing out fan favorites such as authentic Mexican street corn, delicious lobster rolls, scrumptious cupcakes and more! Offering dozens of regional and national brews.
  • 7/23 North Attleboro Kid’s Day Festival, rides and games, touch-a-truck
  • 7/27 Cruise Night at Patriot Place Join the Mass Cruisers Auto Club for free and exciting Cruise Night at Bass Pro Shops Patriot Place!
  • 7/28-7/30 Newport Folk Festival, Fort Adams State Park, Rhode Island. Newport Folk Festival returns to Fort Adams State Park in Rhode Island from July 28th to July 30th, 2023. The legendary festival looks to continue its legacy as one of the longest running, best regarded festivals in North America.
