The Residence Inn by Marriott is the latest gem on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile. This former Conrad property, vacant for three years, has been meticulously renovated and reimagined.

Real estate developer, The Prime Group, spearheaded the sweeping transformation of this project. They brought in GC, Skyline Construction, who partnered with Powering Chicago member G&M Electrical Contractors to revamp the building’s lighting and electrical infrastructure.

The NECA Project Excellence Awards were established to honor member companies for their exceptional dedication, professionalism, and creativity in executing electrical projects across 13 diverse market sectors.

Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention

It is an unfortunate fact that construction has the highest rate of suicide of any industry in America. We lose about 53 out of every 100,000 members of our industry EVERY YEAR to suicide. We are four times the average of other industries. We have a crisis in construction and we need to do something about it.
