Hebrew School/Tichon at Ohev

Shalom! Welcome back to all new + returning Ohev families - we hope you had beautiful summers filled with mishpacha (family)! We wanted to introduce ourselves as the new co-chairs for the Religious School PTO. We are Rebecca Israel and Lauren London. We are both parents of two girls each, both educators and both very grateful for this wonderful community that we've found at Ohev. Whether you've been here forever or are brand new to Ohev, we are looking forward to strengthening our connections with you and our dedicated teachers in order to have the best year yet!
As in past years, the PTO is collecting dues per family/household of $36.00. The dues pay for special programming, teacher appreciation and holiday gifts, and fun events for us parents! More information to come but we are looking forward to a bagel welcome back, apple picking, latke sales and more. Dues are not mandatory, but the contributions are deeply appreciated so that we can put on some awesome events and treat our teachers with the love they deserve! Thank you for supporting this place that our kids can think of as their Jewish home away from home.
There are several ways to pay.
- You can send in an envelope with cash or a check made out to “Ohev Shalom Hebrew School PTO”. Please write your student's name on the outside and turn it into the Hebrew School receptionist or Morah Shari.
- Venmo Rebecca at @Rebecca-Israel - just let me know who your children are in the memo
