2024 NECA Legislative Conference | |
The 2024 NECA Legislative Conference was held May 6 – 8, 2024, in Washington, D.C., at the Salamander Hotel. Illinois was well-represented, as this contingent was one of the largest at the Conference.
The Conference sessions included discussions on topics such as the economic Forecast, the upcoming elections, a special NECA Issue Briefing, and panel discussions concerning Tax Reform, Permitting Reform, and workforce development.

IMSCA Update - April 5, 2024
April 5, 2024 was the deadline for House bills to be voted out of committee. Those bills now have until April 19, 2024, to be voted out of the House and over to the Senate. The Senate has established April 12, 2024, as the deadline for bills introduced in that chamber to be voted on and sent to the House.
