ELECTRI Updates

ELECTRI RECAP: March

ELECTRI FLYER

Registration is now open for ELECTRI’s 2024 Summer Council Meeting, July 15 - 17, at the Intercontinental Boston.

The meeting will begin at 1:00 PM on July 15th. We have an exciting agenda planned, packed with engaging activities. We will have contractor panels, breakout sessions, TED Talks, and voting on ELECTRI research proposals. This promises to be an intellectually stimulating and productive event, offering valuable insights and networking opportunities for all attendees. Special thanks to Sonepar for supporting the Opening Reception to kick off the networking at our meeting.

To register for the meeting, please click this link. Once registered, you will receive an email with the hotel booking link for your convenience.

We are also delighted that BreezeEV has arranged an exclusive outing for guests and families of registrants—a Boston Duck Tour—for 60 guests on Tuesday, July 16th, from 1:15 to 2:45 PM. This tour offers a fully narrated and guided historic journey through Boston aboard a "DUCK," a W.W.II style amphibious landing vehicle that traverses both land and water. While it does coincide with a segment of our meeting,  this outing is a great opportunity for attendees’ families and guests to delve into Boston's storied past.

To make it easier for you and any of your staff to join each month’s IT & Coffee or ConTech & Coffee, we ask that you complete a one-time sign-up here.  If you already signed up, you’re all set. If not, this is your chance. A calendar hold for this meeting will only be sent to those who have registered.

Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention

It is an unfortunate fact that construction has the highest rate of suicide of any industry in America. We lose about 53 out of every 100,000 members of our industry EVERY YEAR to suicide. We are four times the average of other industries. We have a crisis in construction and we need to do something about it. You can visit the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention website and learn more. We urge all to take the pledge to STAND UP for suicide prevention and address it as a health and safety priority.
