2024 Roatan Cross-Border Recap
ELECTRI International is thrilled to announce the development of an innovative and interactive key performance indicator (KPI) data benchmarking integration through the ELECTRI website collection feature on www.electri.org, made possible by a substantial donation from Graybar.
“Once we have gathered significant contractor input, we will be able to see the big picture for industry trends. This new ELECTRI website interface will gather leading data for our industry and help contractors of all sizes all across North America move into the digital age,” stated Josh Bone, Executive Director of ELECTRI.
ELECTRI's recent research identified 18 critical KPIs, including cash flow, budget vs. expense, hours burned vs. hours earned, safety metrics, backlog, revenue, invoice days outstanding, composite labor rates and more. You can download the complete list of 18 here: https://electri.org/product/top-kpis-for-electrical-contractors/. This new tool will provide comprehensive insights, enabling contractors to benchmark their performance and drive improvements.
