He told ELECTRI about the importance of understanding the goals of those around you to help ensure success for all. Here’s his full Think Like a Leader conversation with ELECTRI.

Research Help Needed:
-
Risk Logs – do you have examples of risk logs that you are willing to share? We need risk logs/ performance matrix of subcontractors in IPD projects. Please email amanda@electri.org.
-
Cost of Inexperience and Schedule Compression: Construction inexperience impacts how projects are delivered in terms of schedule, cost, and quality. With the changing workforce and increasing opportunities to move into new markets, we need to understand how to leverage and capture our collective construction knowledge to collaboratively build solutions for the future. To explore our current challenges and opportunities, and to those who are willing to share their professional experience, please reach out Amelia Celoza (Amelia.Celoza@Colorado.edu) to schedule a 30-minute call.
Remember to check out ELECTRI’s NEW Research Engagement Hub and lend your expertise to our ongoing research projects.
