Describe Your Business:
The focus of my coaching practice is around Productivity and all that it entails. I started as a Professional Organizer and Time Management consultant decades ago, and still bring that knowledge and expertise to the coaching arena.
I specialize in Productivity and Leadership for my world-wide clients. I am also trained and highly experienced in helping adults with ADHD and have coached a lot of Entrepreneurs and Solopreneurs during my career - most of whom have ADHD. I have been a speaker, adjunct faculty, and trainer on how to become more organized and find balance between work and personal time.
After completing my Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, I was able to understand the corporate environment better and became more effective working with corporate executives. My tagline is, "Balancing Your Overwhelmed World," and that pretty much says it all! I love seeing someone go from being scattered, frustrated, and overwhelmed, to organized, productive and joyful after working together.

Who is Your
Ideal Client?
My ideal client is an executive or mid-level manager who leads teams or departments. While I work with a wide variety of individuals from college students struggling with ADHD to CEO's of major companies, the people who hire me want to learn how to work smarter and sharpen their communication and leadership skills.
Those who come to me describe their needs as getting rid of distractions, increasing productivity, and handling being overwhelmed, stress, anxiety, and managing their teams more effectively.

Why Are You an
ICF-GA Member?
Being new to Georgia, I wanted to find some sort of organization that I could get involved with and connect with others I felt I could relate to. I have been an ICF member for many years, and this is the first time I wanted to connect to a local chapter. The nearest one in California was in Los Angeles, and the drive was a long way from where I lived. I hoped I would meet some nice and friendly people in ICF- GA and this group did not disappoint. :)
