Wednesday 24th April 2024

6 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP

In his PhD research dissertation Dr Ali Saad identified key behaviours and challenges that have prevented the UK construction industry from reaping the benefits of MMC. The results were published in a report entitled "The Hateful 10, the behaviours that undermine Modern Methods of Construction" and have created a huge debate online about the future of MMC.

Join the debate on the 24th of April as we delve deeper into the arguments and explore how we overcome barriers to the viability of MMC.
