3 Seductive New Artists plus even more Tantalizing New Work equals Artistic Nirvana!

New artist!   Zuzana Korbelarova
We are in love, love, love with  Zuzana and her inventive jewelry designs. Karen discovered her at the Seattle Art Museum and couldn't leave without tracking her down!

Twists and turns, with stones and without...Zuzana's sterling silver craftswomanship is intriguing. From her jellyfish earrings (shown above) to her transformable necklace (you've got to see it to believe it!) each design is engineered to perfection! Her immersion in the arts with her Czech Republic upbringing led her to where she is today.

New artist!   Lawrence McAdams
Metaphors for the adventures, battles and beauty of life are the underpinnings of  Lawrence McAdams oil paintings . Describing himself as a Narrative Realist, Larry's pop-art paintings have a certain mystery which draws the viewer to take a closer examination of the story behind the image.

A southern California local, Larry has a BA in Art from California State University Long Beach. In his other life, he is president of a thriving Branding and Marketing business which is reflected in his painting style.

Taking her first watercolor class in 1990, Nancy Goldman discovered her love of art, but it wasn't until 2007 that she was able to pursue her passion fully. Nancy's recent encaustic paintings are layered deftly with color and texture.

Crashing waves rich with foam, serene landscapes and dreamy abstracts are some of the subject matter Nancy explores. Photographs don't do her work justice...you need to touch them and wonder at their velvety luxury!

With a background in Business Adminstration, who could imagine that Lilia Venier would find herself immersed in a life of art. Since taking her first ceramic class in the late 90's, Lilia was hooked!

Personality Plus...that is how we describe Lilia and her designs with sometimes off-the-wall humor. Color, texture and shape mold together to create each individual piece that is uniquely Lilia!

Post-modern impressionistic oil paintings are the hallmark of local artist, Deborah Harold. Her recent canvases range from light and airy to rich and dynamic. Daily inspiration comes to Deborah in the form of the California coastline and canyon landscapes near her home.

A background in design and a well-developed sense of color combine on Deborah's easel to create a refreshing image that soothes the soul!

Mary, Mary, not at all contrary! You just have to l-o-v-e Mary Hammond down to her every "fiber!" This northern California artist combines yarn, ribbon, fabric and thread to form gorgeous scarves, table runners and wall art.

Taking inspiration from gardens, art museums and the beach, Mary drives her craft to new levels every time she brings us new work. Oh, what a giggly delight!

After a career in banking, Ruthie Crawford established her jewelry line in 2009 and named it after her daughter, Harlow. Once Ruthie learned the art of wire-wrapping, there was no stopping her!

With simply feminine creations Ruthie gets the balance right every time with her use of gold-filled charms, crystals, beads and stones. Affordable and stylish, why not buy more than one! Best of all, Ruthie gives a portion of her proceeds to organizations close to her heart, from women's leadership programs to minority rights initiatives.

Tried and true, Jim Wodark creates museum-quality artwork right in our own backyard! His masterful brushstrokes evoke the essence of Old California. Jim's plein air-style oil paintings are reminiscent of the California impressionist school of the early 20th-century.

In the more than 10 years we have represented Jim, we have seen his work mature into the award winning artist he is today. Jim deftly paints with clear intention and joy whether it's a local stand of trees, desert rock formations, High Sierras or a cowboy western.

Fresh from northern California where yoga, meditation and painting fill the days, John Maxon's colorful canvases emerge to fill Chemers Gallery (and your homes!) with all that is zen. Light and form suggest vistas from high while colors mix and mingle to speak to your soul.

Studying under Roy DeForest, William T. Wiley and Wayne Thiebaud at UC Davis, John learned firsthand the amount of dedication and vision it would take to pursue a life of art. John's paintings are spirited and free-flowing, much like the artist himself!

For those of you who met Naomi Campos of Yed Omi at our Holiday Aristan Faire, you will understand why she was the top seller! The beauty of her jewelry creations is matched only with the beauty of her heart.

A love of the ocean's fluidity and metallurgy combine in Naomi's delicate jewelry line. Recycled gold, rose gold, sterling and ethically mined gemstones feature in her stunningly romantic jewelry with a conscience.
