Do You Have Your Out Door Pool Key Tags?
Make sure you have your key-tags ready - this will make entry to the pools more manageable, especially once the summer activities are in full swing.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a back log of requests for key tags due to a very large number of residents requesting tags. Your tag will be created and you will be notified by the WCA office when it is ready to be picked up. Thank you for your patience.
If you have key-tags from 2022, they will still be valid this summer.

NEW TAGS: If you are new to the neighborhood, or have never gotten tags in the past, please fill out Linked Sheet and return or email to the WCA office (frontdesk@woodlakeonline.com).
REPLACEMENT TAGS: If you have lost your key tags, or they are showing signs of wear and tear, please stop by the WCA office or email frontdesk@woodlakeonline.com for replacement tags.
TENANT INFORMATION: If you are a renter, you will need to provide a copy of your current lease to receive new tags. If you had tags last year as a renter, you will still need to provide an updated copy of your lease in order for your tags to be active for the 2023 pool season.

Debris in Storm Drains
We have received concerns from residents about yard debris being placed in storm drains. If you observe someone putting yard debris in the street - which then runs into the storm drains - it is against the law. You can call this hotline number - 804.717.6161. A representative will come out and investigate and speak to the homeowner.

We have a new procedure in place for the three large holiday events at Woodlake this season. In an effort to better plan for staff, safety, and food/beverage, we are asking Woodlake residents to register if you plan to attend the Memorial Day Party, July 4th or Labor Day.
There is no cost for Woodlake residents or your guests (your guests must attend and check in with you). With a registration will allow us to ensure Woodlake residents are attending these events, as they are intended for residents and guests. In addition, the food trucks that provide great food, beverages and treats like to have an idea of how much to bring so they don't run out. Lastly, knowing how many people plan to be with us at these events, helps with planning for security when needed as well as emergency services.
The registration is simple and quick and you will receive a confirmation number that you can print or show from your phone when you check in.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to register, and we look forward to spending the summer holidays with you.
