4th Annual Future for Families Gala

As you know, the WCFOC has been successfully operating and serving the region's most vulnerable families for over 26 years.  Utilizing state-of-the-art interventions to address healthy relationships and staying on the cutting-edge in terms of prevention and emerging trends in this field of domestic violence have always been our trade-marks.  Similarly, maintaining fiscal responsibilities and being good stewards of donors' hard-earned dollars have also been on-going priorities; i.e., 85 cents of every dollar raised goes to directly to programming and client services.

Over the last month, and effective October 1, 2011, the WCFOC has sustained cuts in funding from governmental sources in excess of $150,000, approximately 1/10 of our 2012 budget.  And, while there is no risk of us closing our doors, we are having to quickly address this devastating loss and how it has the potential to affect the size of our programs, the number of staff we employ, and the extent of our work with victims and at-risk adults and children.

This annual fundraising event couldn't come at a better time.

The 4th annual Future for Families Gala: Passport to Hope will be held October 21, 2011 at Cielo in Castle Pines.

By attending this event, you are helping us to continue to support those dealing with the pain of domestic violence and abuse as one-hundred percent of proceeds will go directly to client services.

Tickets for the Future for Families Gala: Passport to Hope, are $125 for an individual ticket or $1,500 for a reserved table of 10.

Tickets are on sale at  www.twcfoc.org or by calling 303-688-1094.
