"whiteferrari is a beer that has been a long time in the making. We've been experimenting with different malt and hop combinations through other recipes, trying to find what we believe is the best of both worlds rolled into one DIPA. Clocking in at 8%, this luxuriously soft DIPA is hopped intensely with 50/50 Citra and Galaxy(and a ton of it!). We used the freshest crop available of each hop to give this DIPA the most expressive hop character possible."

We went with an all New Zealand hop load, starting with the extremely beloved Nelson Sauvin which brings in notes of fresh crushed gooseberries and thoughts of white wine. Then two new experimental New Zealand hops known as NZH 105 and NZH 104. These two are overflowing with citrus and tropical characteristics."

Mast Landing - Wind Breaker

"Some things are too iconic to go out of style. Reliable yet eye-catching, lively but not too intense to break out every day, Windbreaker is the IPA everyone needs in their lineup. A bursting palate of Citra and Idaho 7 brings out tropical notes and a pleasant citrusy quality, with a modest 6.5% and a balanced, refreshing body that encourages sip after sip. Don't be surprised when your friends get jealous of your fridge fashion, just congratulate yourself on having impeccable taste."

Brasserie de la Senne - Wadesda #9

"An evolution of the very first Wadesda, a blend of Jambe-de-Bois and Cantillon lambic, making the Wadesda #9 a Tripel Saison: a stronger version of the original Saisons.

She is amber in colour and has those typical characteristics of Lambic: woody with a strong funky nose of Brettanomyces, with quince and fallen apples. This is followed by white flowers, old kirsch and persimmon, and even a hint of curry leaves. A very winey character, as it should be! All of this blends perfectly with the classic aromas of tripels, like pears and bananas. Her strong alcohol percentage enhances her vinous qualities and gives a certain roundness to a finale that is quite dry and almost mineral.

Intoxicating and complex, but refreshing and drinkable!"

A heavy dose of Mosaic in the dry hopping provides you with a juicy hop punch that finishes slightly dry."
