We are incredibly excited to welcome so many new families to Wendell Falls. We have ordered new amenity cards for homeowners' access to the amenities. Unfortunately, we have been notified they are on backorder.

Do not worry if you have not received your pool passes yet. To ensure you enjoy the beautiful amenities, we have given the lifeguard team a community roster to verify you are a new homeowner. Please feel free to continue to send us your access card forms, and we will create them as soon as we have cards back in stock. We appreciate your understanding.

Assessments are due on the first of the month. We have identified a couple of residents who have stated they have paid through the previous management company via direct debit. We will still recognize the payment we just need verification. Please send us a receipt or screenshot of payment for your dues to wendellfallstx@ccmcnet.com and include your address. We will get you taken care of.

Using direct debit, your assessment payment will automatically be drafted from your bank account the month in which your payment is due. Please note that withdrawals occur on the 6th of the month (the next business day if the 6th falls on a weekend or holiday). To enroll in direct debit, please visit your residential web portal, log in, and select the E-Pay option to begin registration. You can also download the form here and send it to the email address on the back along with a scanned copy of a voided check. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to the Association office and someone will be happy to help!

On June 17, Cinnabon will be bringing out their truck to serve up their delicious cinnamon rolls from 10 am - 12 pm.

Come out and grab a bite with some coffee and other tasty treats! You can see their menu items here, although items may vary on the day of the event.

This coming week, we will host The Naked Empanada in the community on Wednesday, June 15 at Sunset Park from 5pm - 7pm. You can check out their menu here!

We are happy to announce the return of the annual golf cart parade for the 4th of July! Instead of just limiting it to golf carts, we encourage you to join in with your bikes, scooters, and motorcycles to deck them out in the spirit of the holiday!

We are still finalizing the details of this event but we wanted everyone to mark their calendars for July 3 at 4 pm in hopes of a good turnout.

The grand opening of the Wendell Museum is scheduled for Friday, June 17, with a flurry of activities surrounding the Wendell Historical Society project. The ribbon-cutting is set for 11 am with Mayor Ginna Gray and Peedie Edwards, society president, doing the honors. The museum is located at 122 W. Second Street, behind the Woman’s Club building. The public is invited to share in the excitement. Museum opening day hours will be from the 11 am ribbon-cutting until 9 pm. The night hours will be in conjunction with Meet on Main. Golf-cart shuttles will provide transportation to the museum from Main Street beginning at 5 p.m. Starting Saturday, June 18, regular museum hours will be Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday from 1 pm to 5 pm. Admission will be free.

Encore residents should reach out to the Wendell Falls HOA office to receive access cards to use the fitness center located in the Farmhouse. Encore residents are also able to purchase guest cards to use the pool at the Farmhouse. The guest cards cost $50 and contain 10 punches for themselves and up to 5 guests per visit. You can fill out the form here and bring it to the HOA office with the check.
