Swim at your own Risk (SAYOR) is for adults over the age of 18 only. You must also sign a SAYOR form which can be found here or in the HOA office. Here are the pool rules & schedule for reference. If you are seen violating this policy, you may be asked to leave the pool during the allotted SAYOR time frame.

If you have not received your access cards for fitness center and pool access, please fill out the form and submit it to the HOA office. Access cards may take up to 72 hours to be completed and a member of the HOA staff will contact you when they are ready to be picked up. Guest passes can be purchased for $50 for 10 punches. Residents are allowed to bring 5 guests per visit but they must present this pass to the pool attendants when arriving at the pool.

Street trees are required within Wendell Falls as part of the approved subdivision plan. These street trees are in an easement (located closest to the sidewalk) and cannot be removed by the property owner without permission from the town. The species of tree for your lot is also specified on the approved plans.

If you need to remove or replace a street tree, please contact the HOA for the required form. The completed form should then be emailed to the Town of Wendell at plans@townofwendell.com who will work with the HOA to perform a final inspection to make sure the trees are installed as permitted.

We are in the process of auditing the resident website. If you have requested access since March 1 you should have been contacted or been given permission. Resident access provides links to the meeting minutes and board meeting documents.

In November of last year, one of our Wendell Falls families faced tragedy when they unexpectedly lost their child to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

On June 4, residents will celebrate JJ's life for a charity 5K where all proceeds will go to First Candle, an organization dedicated to research for SIDS and helping bereaved families.

Join your neighbors outside of Wendell Falls for the Wendell Market on June 2 from 6 - 9 pm at Campen Row to shop, eat, and find more fun activities. The Wendell Market seeks to create a sense of community by inviting local shops to come together to share their locally sourced goods and share their talents with their community.

Encore residents should reach out to the Wendell Falls HOA office to receive access cards to use the fitness center located in the Farmhouse. Encore residents are also able to purchase guest cards to use the pool at the Farmhouse. The guest cards cost $50 and contain 10 punches for themselves and up to 5 guests per visit. You can fill out the form here and bring it to the HOA office with the check.
