2023 Parade of Homes
Weekends, Sept. 30 – Oct. 15
Six inspired homes are available to tour in Wendell Falls at this year’s Parade of Homes, including McNeill Burbank’s brand new model! For the next three weekends (Sept. 30 – Oct. 15), you’ll be able to see these creatively crafted home designs in person, with games and giveaways along the way. Visit wendellfalls.com/parade or stop by the Information Center (located inside the Farmhouse) for your official event map. Parade of Homes winners will be announced Tuesday, Oct. 10.

Clarification - Political Signs
Political Signs are allowed within the Association 45 days prior to the election, which was September 23. The information shared in the communication sent to residents yesterday regarding regulations on sign placement and size and the timeframe to remove signs was correct, and we apologize for any confusion on the number of days prior to an election that a sign may be put up. As a reminder, signs must be removed within 7 days after the election.
