The Word’s Witness

In the beginning was the Word… and the Word was God.

I was there and why all were there at the cross.

I was in the tomb as well,

But I was not there nor as a body in the earthly realm for long.

The Spirit of my way, truth, and life,

She like the wind swirls in the world,

Stilling the seas that seek her.

The Spirit, as the Truth of Love,

moves in the love of a mother,

Of a father, of caregivers, in loving acts,

In the love of a neighbor, the love of a stranger,

All giving witness to this eternal gospel

that declares love never ends.

Love cannot be disappeared.

The Love of Christ remains,

rising with us, rising in the moon, stars, and sun,

rising with the tides and with our breath,

in the newly opened eyes of every child.

Rising in the dusty landscape of Judea

All those years ago, and again and again,

And walking now where you live,

Each and every mile.

Church Clerk Needed

C.C.P. is looking to fill the role of Church Clerk!

What does a Church Clerk do you ask?

It's very simple.

The Church Clerk goes to the Church Council Meetings (3rd Tuesday of the month), the Annual Meeting (January) and the All-Church Meeting (October) and takes the meeting minutes, types them up and sends them to the Church Office.

If you think you could fill this simple but important role, please reach out to Rev. Don or the Church Office. Thank you.

Communion Breakfast

Our next Communion Breakfast will be April 7th!

In lieu of our normal Sunday Service, we will meet in Kelsey Hall at 10 a.m. for breakfast replete with Communion, worship, and a devotional from Rev. Don.

The God Care Team is looking for volunteers to make Quiche to share for our breakfast meal. We are looking for all different types of Quiche including a few gluten-free, crust-less offerings. If you can provide a Quiche for April 7th, please contact either Diana Drachenberg or the Church Office with the kind you will be making.

Thank You.
