We are celebrating the Smithville Historical Society as our Chamber Member of the Month!
The Smithville Missouri Historical Society was established on the date of September 12, 1966. The early members included Mrs. Harold Harris, Mrs. Howard Taylor, Mrs. Bruce Coons, Charles Shinn and Krauss Justus. Throughout the years, the Smithville Historical Society has been very committed to preserving and honoring Smithville's past and to teaching about our town's rich history.
