A BIG thank you to our many loyal customers! It has been a challenging few months to navigate through. The needlepoint industry was impacted by Covid-19, with many canvas designers and distributors of threads and accessories closed for months. However things reopened weeks ago and much progress has been made to catch up on the backlog of orders!
We continue to operate with safety protocols in place. For everyone's well-being while at The Village Ewe, please wear a mask and sanitize your hands upon entering at our sanitizing station. We are allowing two customers in the store at a time and are accepting appointments, as well as still offering curbside pick-up and drop-off. To avoid contact, only credit cards are accepted and Returns or Exchanges are not permitted.
Needlepoint is as popular as ever, with many finding solace in stitching during this stressful time. The Village Ewe continues to receive new inventory weekly and hold monthly Trunk Shows. See below for the schedule of Up Coming Trunk Shows. With the tidal wave of projects completed while sheltering in-place, our Finishers are facing challenges as well. Rest assured we are working with them to get your items finished in a timely manner without compromising the quality that you've come to expect.
For those who are unable to get to the store, we continue to regularly post pictures on Facebook and Instagram of finished items and canvases from our broad inventory and Trunk Shows and are happy to ship to you. We are here to help with all your needlepoint needs, including sending pictures of in-stock canvases, kitting projects and providing guidance on "finishing" your canvas.
The Village Ewe will be closed for vacation August 30 through September 7. (Please make sure you have ample supplies to carry you through the Labor Day holiday.) We will be taking a break and resting up for what looks to be a busy fall.
