This month we are introducing a NEW TED-Ed lesson series on The Truth About Pasta, about all of the great reasons to love pasta. In this first lesson, we explain how pasta is energy that keeps you fuller longer.

Pasta is digested slowly, providing steady energy and a prolonged feeling of fullness. Pasta coocked "al dente" has a low Glycemic Index (GI) with a better impact on blood sugar.
