Thank you to The Shipley School for, once again, welcoming The Timothy School Tornadoes for an evening of basketball drills, games and pizza. The Shipley School students made a name sign for each of our players, cheered on the Tornadoes throughout the game and even handed out medals to our students. The Timothy School considers The Shipley School one of our MVFs - Most Valuable Friends.
Also in February, The Shipley School Fifth Graders visited The Timothy School to spend some time with their pals. The students had a great time learning, laughing, singing and snacking together. We look forward to seeing our Shipley buddies again, soon!

The Timothy School students learn better together. On Valentine’s Day, Amanda Riesenberg’s class had fun making, baking and, the best part, eating yummy cupcakes.
Later in the month, the class read and studied the classic book, Charlotte’s Web, by E. B. White. Reading Assistant, talented artist and TTS alumna, Phoebe Murer, encouraged budding artist, Navy, to give a step-by-step demonstration to her classmates on how to draw a pig. Navy’s classmates enjoyed the art lesson and each student then tried their hand at drawing their own pig.
Amanda's class then joined Olivia Sims' class for Reading With A Buddy Day. The students had a great time reading, learning and socializing together.

Breaking News: TimTV Has a New Crew
Please watch the latest broadcast from our new TimTV Crew! We love their cool new uniforms created by Secondary students in The Timothy Crafters.
TimTV, The Timothy Crafters, Popcorn and Coffee Carts and the School Store are part of the on-campus internship program for our Middle School students. By working with teachers and therapists, and cooperatively with peers, the vocational skills our students learn during their internships prepare them for community-based work experiences in the Secondary School and Transition program.
